What is a PUA? This term was coined by the underground seduction community in the 1990s, and has now reached the masses with the popular hit VH1 show, "The Pick Up Artist." A PUA is a man who studies the arts of seduction and the practice of meeting and attracting women. He uses his findings to break down male and female interactions to a methodical "science", which can then be used by other men.
Most serious Pick Up Artists study and practice their pick up methods as their full time job. While doing nothing but scoring with beautiful women may sound like an easy lifestyle, these PUAs depend on sales of their products to live their lifestyle and further their "research" for the good of all men.
